Sharon Cinq-Mars is an independent piano teacher in the Matthews area.  She is President of the Charlotte Piano Teachers Forum and is Treasurer of the Charlotte Music Club.  She is a member of CMTA, NCMTA, and MTNA.  She is currently chair of the CMTAQ Complete Musician Certification Program.  She has taught choral and instrumental music in public school, private school, and community college.  She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree with High Honor and a Master of Music Degree from Michigan State University.
